• Submitting a payment to ANY website is entering into a legal and binding contract. This is recognized by State and Federal laws as regards to ecommerce. By submitting your payment, you indicate that you have read and agree to ALL of our Terms and Conditions.
• We ship to all 48 continental states - Flat rate or FREE, see shipping rate displayed. AK and HI customers please call us for an accurate estimate.
• No APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.
• Failure to provide an appropriate shipping address is subject to penalty fees.
• We Ship all of our Packages via USPS Priority Mail (1-5 business days) or UPS equivalent. PacificAdvancedNutrients.com solely reserves the right to choose the Carrier.
• Shipping insurance is OPTIONAL for all items.
• *RETURN POLICY* All returns must have prior approval. For approval: you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. All returns must be unopened and in original packaging. If any contents are missing, a return credit/refund will not be issued.
• It is up to you, the consumer, to be sure that your profile information is current and accurate at all times. PacificAdvancedNutrients.com is not responsible for any inaccuracies to your Name, Address, eMail Address, and/or Phone Number registered with your cardholder.
